Weston Hills Project
Located in Brookfield Wisconsin, this home was carved into the steeply sloped hills of the Weston Hills subdivision. The architectural style of this house is classic Arts and Crafts. The architectural detailing and color scheme are consistent all around the building. A particular challenge for this project was the sloping lot itself. The rear of the lot is the high side and it slopes down to the front. The challenge was how to make a 2-story house with exposure on the front elevation not look overly imposing when you drive by it at street level.
