Created in 1993 by architect Bryan C. Tom, Architectural Development Services Inc. (A.D.S. Inc) is based in Brookfield Wisconsin. The company provides individualized architectural services to suit client’s need depending on the scope of the project and services desired.
A.D.S Inc focuses on residential and small commercial projects in the South-Eastern area of Wisconsin. Primarily known for new high-end residential work, A.D.S. Inc is also involved with remodeling, additions, renovations, and consulting for both residential and commercial projects. The company provides individualized architectural services to suit client’s need depending on the scope of project o services desired. Construction drawings are used to secure a building permit from the local municipality and can be used for architectural review, when one is required.
A.D.S Inc offers more than Design and Construction Documents. Additional services which A.D.S. Inc offers are: assistance in selecting a builder, aid in reviewing builder bid proposals, and supervision during the construction of the project.
Bryan C. Tom AIA
Principal and owner, architect Bryan C. Tom AIA designs in a variety of styles and has a broad base of ability to create a design to suite each client’s needs. Through reading, classes and travel, Mr. Tom has studied various styles of architecture in-depth and understands the specific design characteristics of each. He is constantly researching the field of architecture and stays up-to-date with code revisions and current trends. He is also involved in the concept of Green Building and the ideology behind it. Staying current with new building products, technology, and construction practices are a daily task. Mr. Tom’s career started as a carpenter’s apprentice before pursuing his degree in Architecture from UW Milwaukee. He is a licensed Wisconsin architect and a member of AIA, BBB, WBA, and MBA.

Many of A.D.S. Inc. projects have won awards, and received honors. A.D.S. projects have been published in Builder Magazine, Wisconsin Architect, and other local publications.
Our projects have been featured sites by the Cancer Show-House and the Christmas Fantasy House. A.D.S. Inc can design in multiple styles, striving to give each client a unique architectural solution best suited for their own dreams and requirements.
